Watch subject. Bush and the Republicans were not protecting us on 9-11, and we aren't a lot safer now. We may be more afraid due to george bush, but are we safer? I don;t think we can judge the past actions in the middle of the current situation. We know that Saddam wanted reveng for the Gulf war. He had the capability of producing weapons of mass destructio and had demonstrated he would use them against the Kurdss. Remember tie Congress also voted for it and England and others agree to help.
Whi can say what would would have happened if we had not acted.
