TRUE OR FALSE?
Any new pastor, unless they are starting their own church, find themselves as shephards following the sheep . They must find which page the consensus is on and b e very careful about turning it oover if at all. . After all, there is rhe pension plan.

If a pastor can't minister to his church according to what the Holy Spirit is telling him/her to do, rather than what the board is telling him/her to do than that church is not getting the message they are supposed to be receiving.
